What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, property address or town, the service you are interested in and your message. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your request, give you a quote and provide the work you ask for. If you include your email address, we send you one email confirming we got your request. We do not sell your information, rent it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, for example by limiting how often the form can be sent.
• Cloudflare also delivers your quote request to us, and the confirmation to you, by email.
• Jobber runs our online booking page. If you book online, Jobber's privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
• Google provides the map on our service area page and hosts our reviews. Those pages may set Google cookies when you use them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests as long as we need them to serve you and keep normal business records, then delete them.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
